Deputy Attorney General – State of New Jersey – November, 1977 to May, 1978
Served as a member of the Organized Crime and Special Prosecution’s Section of the Division of Criminal Justice. Mr. Breslow was responsible for Statewide investigations involving major organized crime figures, the preparation and investigation of wire-tap applications, the presentation of cases to the State Grand Jury, and representation on behalf of the State during jury trials.

Assistant State’s Attorney for Baltimore City and Trial Division for the Prosecutor’s Office – Trial Division State’s Attorney’s Baltimore, Maryland – June 1974 to November 1977
Responsible for the preparation of adults/juvenile criminal cases from indictment through trial.
